Let’s be honest – we all love granola. What’s not to enjoy? Crunchy, nutty, chewy, toasted, and so moreish. But there’s one big problem with most regular granola cereals. The nutritional stats aren’t anything to be proud of.
We say it’s time to rescue granola from the shameful realm of guilty pleasure, and give it a new badge of honour.
We asked our formulation experts to come up with a delicious, traditional-tasting granola that could actually be part of a healthy high-protein diet.
We knew they could do it! Our protein-packed granola has over 20% protein. In fact, the ratio of protein to carbohydrates is 2:1 which we think is pretty special.
We use flaked oats and soy pieces, with lightly-toasted almonds, walnut pieces and pumpkin seeds to give you a crunchy, nutty granola that is minimally sweetened with honey and low-sugar syrups.
Enjoy it with milk, yoghurt, on top of your smoothie… or just eaten straight out of the box at your desk. We’re definitely not in a position to judge!
