Ingredients:
- 1-2 shots of espresso (depending on preference)
- 1 scoop Whey Protein (Vanilla or Chocolate flavoured)
- 250ml milk (almond, coconut or oat milk work well)
- Handful of ice cubes
- Crushed cacao nibs (optional)
Method:
Step 1: To make this quick and easy iced coffee protein shake, simply place the coffee, protein powder, milk and ice into the blender and mix until you reach the desired consistency.
Tip: Alternatively, you can blend the ingredients without the ice, and add it afterwards if you prefer a slightly thinner texture.
